HRM Homecare is one of Scotland’s leading Care at Home and Self-Directed Support specialists. We have supported users of care services and their families to live independent lives across Central Scotland for over 28 years.
OUR AIM is to reduce the stress of life and lighten the daily chores that age, illness or work make difficult. Our support services can work alongside you to lessen the pressures on you, your family and friends by taking over some of those caring responsibilities and pressures.
OUR GOAL is to enhance the quality of your life with the supports we offer to help people to live as independently as possible in the comfort and familiarity of their own home.
With a compassionate care team we provide thousands of hours per week of social care supports, whilst promoting independence and reablement to Older People, Children and Families and Adults with Disabilities.
Chief Executive Officer, Lynn Laughland founded HRM Homecare Services in 1994. Lynn’s focus has always been her children and as such she named the company after them (HRM -Heather, Russell & Mhairi). Supporting others was the kernel for the creation of the business in 1994 and an ethos of compassionate care and support remains the principal driver of all aspects of HRM’s service delivery today.
HRM Homecare was founded with seven values at its core—we continue to live these values everyday in the supports and services we provide, in the people we work with and in the relationships we build. Our core values also reflect and embed the principles of the National Care Standards and the values of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
