SSSC Registered

All of our support staff are registered with the SSSC, the regulatory body for the Social Care sector. This means that all of our staff are part of a recognised professional workforce, similar to that of teachers and nurses. Registration requires members to adhere to SSSC Codes of practice, which can be found here. Additionally, registration ensures members have attained relevant qualifications and are continuously working towards developing their knowledge and skills, so that we can deliver the best possible service.

 

Living Wage Employer

We are an accredited Living Wage employer, certified by the Living Wage Foundation. Therefore, we pay the real living wage to all our directly employed staff. This ensures that our staff have the opportunity to earn a wage that allows them and their families to live comfortably. We provide staff with a rate of pay that puts them first that meets the cost of living and not just the government minimum.
