At HRM Homecare we believe in individually tailored care programmes to cater for individual requirements. We believe no two people are alike and we understand that each of our service users requirements will never be exactly the same. Our approach has made us one of the largest private home care providers in Scotland. We provide over 8000 hours of care per week across 7 local authority areas in Scotland. Our award winning company, and our success is built on our solid care ethics, strong leadership and management skills and our aim is to ensure that the people we provide care and support to enjoy a more active and independent life.

We work in partnership with health and social work services and promote service user and carer participation  and we are, of course, regulated and inspected by the Care Commission. We do this by working alongside people, consulting people on the type of care and support they require, understanding their individual motivations and aspirations in shaping  their person centred support services and by providing familiar regular support staff. Our support workers work in local care teams providing care and support for local people.
