Our core principles are to provide a totally new and diverse approach to homecare. We achieve this by keeping abreast of key legislations and policies within the social care sector. We work closely with other associated bodies and organisations, such as Age Concern, Local GP surgeries, local hospitals, trusts and social work departments and we are, of course, regulated and inspected by the Care Commission.
Here at HRM Homecare we follow the key aspirations of Changing Lives to improve outcomes for individuals and communities. Service providers at all levels should take responsibility for making the aspirations of changing lives a reality, our staff recognise this and the values we teach are underpinned by the following contributions:
A capacity to deliver personalised services.
A confident, competent valued workplace.
In order to deliver a personalised service we embrace the concept of citizen leadership, citizen leadership happens when individuals have some control over their own services. Here at HRM Homecare, we continually strive to invite all of our service users to get actively involved in the shaping of our services. The more involvement they have in these developments, the more reflective of their needs and aspirations our services can be.
At HRM Homecare we value the life experiences and independence of every service user and will give them the respect they deserve. Our fundamental practices are to preserve dignity, encourage independence, celebrate individuality and offer freedom of choice and privacy. With these core values in mind, our service users can be assured that our team will abide by them and carry out a high quality service as a result.
