HRM Homecare to Recruit 50 New Staff in Falkirk, Ayrshire, West & East Dunbartonshire, East Renfrewshire and Renfrewshire

Independent homecare provider, HRM Homecare plans to recruit 50 new support workers in Falkirk, Ayrshire, West & East Dunbartonshire, East Renfrewshire and Renfrewshire over the next 12 months.

The company which provides care services for the elderly, children, adults with disabilities and families who need support, in each of these areas, they will create 20 positions for extra support staff within the next two months – with a further thirty workers to be taken on within the year.

HRM Homecare is working with local Jobcentres to set up an open days to recruit potential new staff.

Lynn Laughland, Managing Director at HRM Homecare, added: “We are looking to recruit support workers who can display a willingness to learn, a real commitment to meeting our service users’ needs and who are not afraid of an honest day’s hard work. At the open day, prospective recruits will be given the opportunity to learn more about HRM Homecare and given job information and details of pay and benefits.”
