Varied Work Patterns

  1. We offer a work pattern which is based on a rolling pattern of 7 days per fortnight.

  2. OR you can choose to be a BANK WORKER (conditions apply)

  3. OR you can have a more PART-TIME BANK WORKER to cover for example Sitter services, Shopping, Escorting people to hospital or appointments or overnight sleep in services.

  4. Live-in Care

  5. 24 Hour care

You will be required to:

  • Provide personal care

  • Prompt medication

    Prepare meals

  • Provide light housework tasks

  • Experience is not essential as we offer a free fully comprehensive training programme to support your employment

You must:

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Care about the health and well being of people

  • Be reliable

  • Be able to complete care diaries

  • Have an acceptable standard of English

  • Live our values

  • Preferably be a driver with a car although we also offer walking shifts.

HRM Homecare jobs are considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scotland PVG Act 2007, successful applicants will be required to undertake a Disclosure Scotland application.
